Office Policies

What we ask of our patients is that they keep their appointments unless it is absolutely necessary to reschedule. Dr. Simons does not double book or stagger patients appointment times. Your appointment is time set aside just for you. Therefore, when you reschedule your appointment, the time he had set aside just for you is unused. This is unfortunate in that another patient who might be experiencing pain could have used the appointment.

Payment is expected on the date of your visit. If you have dental insurance, co-payments are due on the date of your visit. If payment arrangements have been worked out with our office manager Lisa, please adhere to them.
